We are at a time when the world is in full transition towards greener models, and mobility and energy are key sectors in this transformation and that is the reason why we have organized MUBIZING, the Congress of Mobility and Energy of Goierri.
The Congress MUBIZING started last Thursday morning at Igartza Palace in Beasain. The mayor of Beasain Aitor Aldasoro, the president of Goierri Valley Jose Luis Perez and the General Deputy of Gipuzkoa Markel Olano welcomed all attendees. After the opening ceremony, they visited the exhibition area together with the Deputy for Economic Promotion, Tourism and Rural Environment Imanol Lasa and the Director of Innovation Jon Gurrutxaga.
After the visit to the exhibition area, we began the presentations, the presentations that would talk about mobility, where Jon Gurrutxaga presented the strategy of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa. At the end of the morning, CAF and Irizar Group talked to us about the future challenges of mobility.
In the afternoon there was a change to the energy sector, leaving the mobility behind. Garabi Group was in charge of starting the afternoon. Then came a round table where Hine Group, Nippon Gases and Arrano Talleres Electromecánicos took the stage to talk about how their companies contributed to the energy sector. The conferences of the second half of the afternoon session were directed to the final consumer, Orkli Group, Aizkorpe Taldea, ENE Energia, Krea Energia and Enerdom Consulting were in charge of doing it. First Orkli Group made the presentation and then the rest of the four companies made the round table to end the day.
Once the first day was over, we moved on to the second day, Friday, which wasn´t for less either. The second day was dedicated to the talent and as the previous day, al the assistants had the opportunity to visit the exhibitor’s area and the conference area. The transit of people through the exhibitor’s area visiting and getting to know the companies was constant.
The conferences weren´t for less either. In Group, the company in charge of dynamizing the conferences of the second day was the one who opened the day, exposing data about the labour market of Goierri and the BAC. Afterwards, Hine Group, ARRI, Goierri Eskola and Ikolan Lanaldi, four entities with totally different points of view formed a round table.
In the second part, GH, EUN Group and the Association Goierri Valley presented their proposals and different practical cases that they have carried out the talent attraction, loyalty and promotion.
After a few days and having reflected on what happened, we have to say that we are satisfied with the results. 20 exhibitors, 15 conferences, 20 speakers and 350 more participants took part in the Congress MUBIZING. The conference area has been full during the two days and the exhibitors' area has also been quite busy. Once this event is over, we will continue working to carry out different activities.
