Companies from Goierri Valley expressed their interest some time ago in developing projects that put people at the centre.

And during 2019 and 2020 they have continued in the same way: introducing new cultures based on participation.

There have been 10 companies participating in this project, all convinced that one of the keys to make possible the competitiveness of their companies is the people. A work group from each company has been advised by a consultant and has carried out various individual and group actions in this process.
