Teams are dynamic, they are always changing and looking for their balance, sometimes difficult to find.
Last Tuesday 9th February, we started the first phase of the ERALDATUZ project: Zazpi pauso, hamaika aukera at the Igartza Palace in Beasain. Its aim is to strengthen our competences as leaders. In this first session we learned and worked on the concepts that generate the identity of a team. We delved into concepts such as objectives, values, purposes and rules of the game, among others.
Our colleagues from the In Group consultancy highlighted that people can improve, acquire new skills and that today, teams are the great potential of our companies. And, above all, that we learn by doing, applying and sharing. The concepts were worked on in a practical way, with exercises and learning groups through questions that lead to reflection: What values are promoted in this team? If the team were a person, what values would you identify in that person? How are these values made visible? Are the organization’s operating rules clear? Do we fulfil our commitments? What are our relationships like? Are the roles well differentiated? Is there a good distribution of tasks? What rules are important?
There are many questions that we answered last Tuesday to work on this first concept of generating the identity of the team. The document used during the session is available below for anyone who would like to have a look at it.
In two weeks, on 23 February, we will continue the learning, delving deeper into the MOTIVATING ELEMENTS. We are looking forward to it!
