As planned, the three marketing awareness talks, given on a voluntary basis by Cesar Fernández from Optimiza Mikromarketin, a partner of Goierri Valley, have been carried out satisfactorily.
The talks have been attended by 7 people from 7 partner companies and have been very positively evaluated.
For three consecutive Thursdays we have dedicated each session to one of the three areas that influence commercialization: our company, the market and communication. On each day, we have analyzed different scenarios in a theoretical and practical way, analyzing and identifying what helps in each situation, as well as sharing and getting to know different experiences and reflecting collectively thanks to the high participation of the attendees. This made the sessions very dynamic. It should be pointed out that collaboration and participation have been valued very positively among the participants.
From these talks, we have taken away tools such as the SWOT, which helps us to identify the situation at a given moment in our company. We reflected on market segmentation and market niches, differentiating between the total market, the potential market and the target market. We recalled PORTER's forces and market barriers and reflected on tactics to recognize our competition. Finally, in the last session held yesterday, 13 May, we recognized that communication is essential to publicize what we do and to generate an image in our consumers and potential consumers that is consistent with what we have and what we want. To this end, we analyzed the different sales and communication channels.
