Almost three months ago, from the association Goierri Valley we began working a project called “Ilusión” with a first macro session at the Igartza Palace in Beasain. At that session, all the associates participating decided the way of the project, choosing the factors to be worked.

Since that macro session, we have been active going ahead with for sessions about leadership and shared project along with experts and referent companies on the issues. Besides those executed sessions, today we have been participating in another one with Unai Elorza from Mondragon University and Asier Ituarte from CAF in order to learn about their experience in a collaborative project. Like this, with one more session which will take place at the end of April, we will set as finished the last factor of the project, the communication.

One more time we want to thank to all the associates, dynamiters and participants for coming to the events during these three months. There have been a lot of learnings and these has been thanks to the collaboration of all of you.
