With the workshop realised during this afternoon we finish the second factor of the “Ilusión” project, the Shared Project.

Today is increasingly clear that in companies people feel more implicated and motivated when they own a shared project. This is the reason why we have prioritised this factor to retain talent in both sessions we have worked in.

Once again, we have brought as mentor Cruz Alberdi from Sidenor to show us how they have incorporated this kind of dynamics in a metal mechanic company. Thanks to the personal experiences he has shared with us, we have been able to learn about how we can manage a project like this.

We want to thank to all the members of the alliance, to the drivers and to all the people who has participated in the event. Now is time to reflect about what we have learned today and prepare ourselves for the next factor: Communication.
