Eraldatuz, after carrying out the Illusion project in 2018-2019, is a project that responds to the demands of Goierri Valley partners.

Aimed at members of Goierri Valley by the InGroup consultancy team, it is a project co-funded by the Department of Economic Promotion, Tourism and Rural Environment of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa.

Today we live in a reality in constant movement due to different events. The uncertainty generated by the pandemic, the fast-changing processes, the new mentalities brought by the new generations and many other factors have hit hard some of the management strategies in place. The situation makes it essential to develop appropriate leadership models, driving our companies towards a culture of greater development.

We need flexible organisations that bring out the best in people, with the ability to retain talent. To do this, people must feel they are in a safe place where they can develop their value. We must work on an effective corporate culture, developing positive leadership and incorporating innovation as another corporate value.

ERALDATUZ will work on tools that help to face this new scenario, modifying or adapting leadership models with methodologies adapted to this new reality. It will lead our associated companies towards high-performance entities. Because change comes from the example of leadership.

The project will be divided into 2 phases. The first will have 8 sessions and the second will deal individually with the areas selected by each company. It will be developed with a practical, experiential, and participatory methodology.
