With the sixth session of ERALDATUZ, Zazpi pauso eta hamaika aukera, we are coming to the end of the first phase of the transformational leadership programme.
In February, we started working on transformational leadership to acquire knowledge and tactics to increase and improve the competitiveness of our companies and since then, we have been dealing with different concepts and we have been reviewing notions such as motivation, values, job structure...
On this sixth day, which brings us closer to the end of the first phase, we are dealing with continuous learning as a strategic axis of companies, since knowledge is a fundamental asset for contributing sustainable value to an organization. Learning and sharing this knowledge are the best tools to achieve any objective. The aim of the session was to create a vision in leadership that promotes the development of a learning culture through the exchange of knowledge and collaboration between people. To achieve this, it is essential to place learning at the same level of priority as production or commercial activity.
After a very interesting introduction to the topic, we started to reflect on learning communities by answering the question: What importance do we give to learning in our organization? Once we had reflected on this, we started to look at actions, initiatives, possible diagnoses, processes, development plans, etc. that help to promote this culture in our organizations.
