On Friday 30th April the training agreement was signed between Goierri Eskola and the Goierri Valley Association. The aim is to promote continuous training always adapted to the needs of the moment. This section is strategic for companies and their continuous improvement.

Therefore, through this agreement, training sessions will be organized among the associated companies, among others, by Goierri Eskola.

The initiative is based on a survey of all the Association's small and medium-sized enterprises to find out their needs in this field. It was concluded that SMEs, through training, are particularly interested in the continuous improvement of the company. To this end, the following areas were prioritized:

- General Management.

- Commercial Area.

- Marketing.

- Finance and general management.

The signing ceremony on Friday was attended by Jorge Mancisidor, director of Goierri Eskola, Carlos Ormazabal, director of the Goierri Foundation, Iker Galparsoro, secretary of the Goierri Valley Association and Josean Guerra, president of the Goierri Valley Association, as well as some members of the Goierri Valley board of directors.

This agreement will facilitate the organization of the different training blocks in the coming months.
