From Goierri Valley, with the aim of fostering organizations that have an agile way of thinking and facing a complex and changing world, we have developed the OrgAGILE project to respond to the challenge of promoting the competitiveness of Goierri companies.
Agile, flexible and innovative organizations must have as their core values the adaptation, proactivity, cohesion of their teams, innovation, customer orientation, commitment and trust. And the principles of the organization must depend on it.
In Goierri Valley when talking about the evolution of an organization we make the simile of an iceberg: what is seen – tools and processes-, on the one hand; and what is not seen-people, culture and skills-, on the other. Taking into account this reality, for the evolution of an organization you have to pull everyone, visible and invisible.
The methodology developed for this has consisted of three phases: mentalization and commitment, experimentation and learning by doing.
