During the afternoon of yesterday more than 40 delegates of companies of the Association and other guests were participating in the first event of the project “Ilusión” at “Igartza Jauregia” of Beasain. This project is coming from Win&Win, another project that we did last year and it has been created in order to encourage the compromise and exciting projecs inside of the companies of the association.

The objective of the event of yesterday was to think on the future working lines, for after work them in the following events of the project with the objective to create a network that is going to work in order to empower the talent.
The day of yesterday was for reflect, and we did it using the game Lego with the help of Coach and Play. In addition, Muxote Potolo Bat was doing an infographic in order to summarize all the event in a mural. And last but not least, OPE Consultores also was there organizing event.
This project has been financed by the “Program for promoting the participation of people in the companies of Gipuzkoa” of the Economic Development, the Rural Environment and Territorial Balance Department Gipuzkoa Provincial Council.
