The objective of the project is contributing to create a powerful net of companies which commites to a culture based on the participation of people. An industry whose people are the key of its competitivity and future sustainability's success, promoting more participative and exciting models, which empower the commitment and facilitate the retention and the engagement of the talents, based on shared learning and knowledge.

For promoting the Ilusión Projects we will organize a macrosession, in which there will be more than fivety companies and will create a clima of confidence for defining the key factors for commiting to people. Once defined those factors we will organize some workshops for working on them, bringing some companies which will tell us their experience and good practices.

This project will be one of the axes of Goierri Valley in the beginning of 2019, has been financed by the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council.
